Payment Methods:

(Due to their high cost and complexity, we do not accept letters of credit)

Existing International Customer with prior history and has established credit with Spectrum Techniques:

Payment terms, net 30 days.

Credit cards (American Express, Visa, Master Card, or Discover).
Wire transfer to our bank (add $35 USD to your order)
Check issued on a US bank.

NEW International Customer with NO prior history or established credit with Spectrum Techniques:

Payment in advance of shipment, all cost of products and shipping will be accumulated and forwarded to purchaser, items will not be shipped until payment is received.

Credit cards (American Express, Visa, Master Card, or Discover).
Wire transfer to our bank (add $35 USD to your order)
Check issued on a US bank.

Shipping Methods: (All shipments are FOB Oak Ridge, TN USA plant)

Shipping charges will be invoiced for package, handling, freight and insurance at time of shipment to purchaser.

Customs, Duties and other import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay upon receipt of goods or apply for exemptions.

Express Mail Service, Air Post for physically small and/or less expensive items (up to the larger of the limit of insurability or $500)
Federal Express for items too large for mail or whose value exceeds limit of insurability via Express Mail. (see note)
We will gladly use your Federal Express or UPS account to ship your goods, please supply your account number, contact name and phone number with your purchase order. (see note)
Freight Forwarding service for large orders. The inclusion of radioactive material in order may require shipping by freight forwarder.

NOTE: Shipments with Radioactive Material will be shipped per IATA regulations. Carrier may vary per country depending upon country and carrier regulations. May require Freight Forwarding Company service.

Drawing of source (included upon request)
NRC/IATA document (included with each shipment)
UN2910 statement (included with each shipment)
Export codes (included with each shipment)
Certificate of Compliance example here (must be requested at time of order, cost $10 can be supplied for individual source and sets)
Certificate of Origin here (must be requested at time of order, cost $25 can be supplied for individual items or for the complete shipment)
Certificate of Calibration here (must be requested at time of order, supplied with each source that has additional calibration, cost $110)
